By keeping every evaluation anchored to objective standards, the screener ensures fairness, reliability, and traceability—decisions are based on the criteria, not personal opinions. Tasks like directing aircrew are outside the primary screening role, clipping marks and titles are editing duties, and while communicating with MM/OC helps coordination, it doesn’t define what to prioritize in the actual screening decision. Focusing on objectivity makes sure each item is judged the same way, preserving the integrity of the screening process.
